About

Alex is a London re-recording mixer and sound editor for feature films. He studied Music and Sound Recording (Tonmeister) at the University of Surrey and trained at Pinewood Studios.

By the time a film reaches the mix, the director has usually lived with it for years. Alex's job is to help bring the story to life through sound and finish the film the way they imagined it. Seeing a film through to completion with them is the part he enjoys most.

Squeaky Cheese is Alex's company. Book Squeaky Cheese to mix or edit and you get Alex. For full sound post services, Alex puts together a team of trusted sound editors and foley artists, aiming to deliver the same calibre of work regardless of the size of the project.

Away from the stage, he's into photography and nature trails.
